ITV Dancing on Ice hit by ‘fix’ claims as Bez votes despite major stumble

Dancing on Ice has been branded “fixing” by angry fans after Bez managed to dodge the skate-off again – despite falling during his final routine.

The Happy Mondays star found herself at the bottom of the leaderboard after scoring just 19.5 points out of a possible 40 for her beekeeping-inspired routine.

However, after the judges’ scores and viewers’ votes were combined, Bez managed to avoid the skate-off once again, jumping straight into next weekend’s musical-themed show.

Instead, Brummie Love Islander Liberty Poole and Olympian Kye Whyte ended up in the bottom two as the judges elected to send Liberty home.

Fans at home were unimpressed with the outcome, with many claiming the result was a “fix”.

Angry ITV viewers took to Twitter to share their thoughts.

Twitter user @LD_Sth added, “So the DOI is fixed. How the hell did Bez do it?”

Tracey @Traceyjdev was also unhappy with the outcome of tonight’s show, commenting, “Oh come on the good dancers go home and Bez stays, ridiculous. It’s a dance show not a comedy show, the audience don’t should not vote.”

Helen @sallydog2008 passed away after Bez passed away, taking to Twitter to announce, “That’s it, I had to pass out. No way Bez is coming back.”

And Sarah @Sarah36797059 said, “Bez through? This program is a joke. I changed the channel.”

Dancing on Ice airs Sundays at 6 p.m. on ITV and ITV Hub
